Processing & Fabrication

Zein Group's workshop cuts, shapes and finishes natural stone to your exact specification — precision slab cutting, book-matching, edge profiling, and polished, honed or leathered finishes. From a single countertop to a full interior, every piece is fabricated to measure and hand-finished before it leaves Beirut.

Fabrication is where a raw slab becomes a finished surface. We template to your dimensions, then cut, mitre and profile each piece — book-matching slabs so the veining mirrors seamlessly across a feature wall or island.

Every edge and finish is specified to your design: a crisp mitred return, a soft bullnose, a sculpted ogee; a mirror polish, a matte honed surface or a tactile leathered finish. The final pass is by hand, because that is what separates a fabricated surface from a crafted one.

Frequently asked

What edge profiles can you fabricate?
From a simple eased or mitred edge to bullnose, bevel and ogee profiles — we shape the edge to your design and show you the options in the showroom.
What finishes are available?
Polished for a reflective shine, honed for a soft matte surface, and leathered for a textured low-sheen finish — each finish changes how the stone looks and wears.
Can you book-match a feature wall or island?
Yes. We select and cut consecutive slabs so the veining mirrors across the surface, creating the symmetrical book-matched effect for walls, islands and tabletops.
