Private Residential Building in Beirut

Zein Group executed the full marble scope for a luxury private residence in Beirut, using Greek Thassos White marble in rough and polished finishes blending natural purity with textural elegance inside and out.

Tucked in one of Beirut’s most exclusive residential districts, this modern building is a showcase of minimalist architecture and natural clarity.

Zein Group was appointed to source, fabricate, and install Thassos White marble from Greece across the entire building — using two finishes to create contrast and continuity. The result is a pure-white residence that feels both grounded and luminous, where marble flows from exterior cladding into every interior surface.

This project is a rare example of using one premium material across all touchpoints — with luxury, harmony, and detail at its core.

The design was driven by the idea of one material used in two tactile expressions:

  • The rough exterior creates a sculptural, protective shell
  • The polished interior reflects light and amplifies space

The result is a residence that feels monolithic from outside and serene from within, where light
